Insurance Claims Assistance Contract

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE

The Homeowner and Strong Home Services will not be obligated unless the Insurance Company approves the claim.

Strong Home Services (SHS) will invest its time and expertise in assisting the homeowner with the insurance claim for their home. The homeowner authorizes SHS to assist them in negotiations with the insurance company. When the insurance company finalizes the claim, the homeowner agrees to let SHS or its assignee, which is State Licensed and Insured, perform the work for the claim that we are qualified to perform.

The Insurance Company will determine the Replacement Cost and the scope of work required. The Replacement Cost including Contractors Overhead and Profit, before the deductible is applied, will be the Contract Amount between the two parties.
