Insurance Claims Assistance Contract

                   THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE

 

The Homeowner and Strong Home Services will not be obligated unless the Insurance Company approves the claim.

Strong Home Services will invest its time and expertise in assisting the homeowner with the insurance claim for their home. The homeowner authorizes Strong Home Services to assist them in negotiations with the insurance company. When the insurance company finalizes the claim, the homeowner agrees to let Strong Home Services perform the work for the portion of the claim for which they are qualified.

 

The Insurance Company will determine the Replacement Cost and the scope of work required. The Replacement Cost, including Overhead and Profit, before the deductible is applied, will be the Contract Amount between the two parties.

 

I authorize the Insurance Claim Representative and Mortgage Company to speak directly to the Strong Home Services adjuster.

UNDER STATE LAW, THE HOMEOWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY REASON WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THIS DATE BY SIGNING AND SENDING THIS LETTER BACK TO STRONG HOME SERVICES AT:
